Really liked this place for my 14 year old.. there were kids his age and just got to work when the instructor told them to.. it was an actual boxing lesson.. and best part my son loved it.. so I signed him up for 6 months .. let’s see how it goes

Awesome place for youngsters to learn the sport of boxing. Coach Nelson and Coach Michelle are highly professional, motivated and caring instructors. My little siblings always get a workout with a lot of fun. Highly recommend it to any parents who want their kids to learn a new sport.

I Love This KickBoxing Program, my son has enjoyed it so far and it really has helped him improve how to go against opponents, so far I like it and recommend your kids to try it out, it will make a surprising positive effect

The classes are intense but that’s what boxing is. Boxing primes you to be in your best shape to fight and that is exactly what this place does. It not only teaches you how to box but also builds you to get fit like a boxer.

They have excellent programs for all ages. My son went to a Lil Dragons class for 4-6 yr olds and they were really training them. I thought it was going to be light bc if the age but I was surprised, impressed and extremely happy that it was more intense than I thought it would be. We stayed for the Kids Boxing Martial Arts class directly afterward for 7-12 yr olds since my son is actually 7 and he did very well in this one as well. Their prices are very reasonable and you are def getting your money’s worth. The adult programs were intense as well.

I found this awesome place via Google and I’m truly happy I trusted my gut and gave it a try. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure my 4 year old was comfortable and warming up to the class, they tended to me like family. The owner is the nicest person I’ve met in ages and the prices are inexpensive. I do not regret my decision at all and my daughter and I will be members of this gym for a while. Probably forever ?

Great workout today. I burnt approximately 700 calories in 1 hour. Feel pretty good! Great boxing gym. Great People, great coaches!!

I’ve been here for almost a year, and I love it. The coaches are extremely helpful & knowledgeable about all aspects of boxing, and they honestly want to see you improve yourself. If you’re interested in boxing or want to start learning, Supreme Team Boxing is a great place to start.

Old school boxing joint. I stopped the to check it out and signed for the personal classes special. It is great, 12 1-hr sessions of true one on one coaching throughout the session from warming up to cardio to boxing. Do yourself a big favor and check it out. Your body will thank you

Coach Nelson is the best! He got me back into shape after having a baby and I love his “pro style” approach to boxing workouts. I’d highly recommend him. Too easy!!!
