Supreme Team Boxing is well known Western boxing gym in Long Island City, NY, and provides Western boxing classes for all. Western boxing training is a sport that allows 2 people to confront each other usually wearing protective gloves and other protective equipment such as hand wraps and mouthguards, to show their punching skills in the boxing ring.
Classes consist of rope, plyometrics/calisthenics, shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, partner drilling, & of course sparring. You will find that this is one of the most challenging yet rewarding things that you will ever do.
