KIDS BOXING

The Kids Boxing program at Supreme Team Boxing is right for children between the ages of 8-12 who are looking for ways to remain active, develop new abilities and become more confident while participating in an organized and safe, non-contact environment. The sessions consist of real boxing fundamentals and include fun drills and movement activities as well as supervised practice, which helps develop coordination, discipline, and physical ability in your child. This program will channel your child’s energy into positive activities, whether your child is super active or shy, by the end of week they will be stronger and more concentrated than previously.

What Will Your Child Enjoy During Our Sessions?

Kids boxing classes are to help children with proper form and technique using correct learning methods. The technique and movements used at each session includes stance, guard position, footwork and basic punches with drills such as shadow boxing, pad work with the coaches or heavy bag workouts. 

At each session, we combine the above techniques with conditioning and movement so that children are always active during their time. By providing a safe environment for children to practice on the heavy bags, they can build both their stamina and their control. The overall structure of the class keeps children motivated while they learn in a fun environment.

A Safe Learning Environment

Supreme Team Boxing is committed to the safety of its participants through Boxing for Kids and teens delivered in a strictly non-contact environment. Therefore, no child participates in boxing or hitting each other during their sessions. All training is conducted using pads, bags, or under the direction of a qualified coach.

With our controlled environment, we can make sure that every child gets to learn real boxing skills without any risk. Parents therefore can have peace of mind knowing that their child has an opportunity to learn in a positive & supportive environment where effort is recognized and effort is able to be rewarded.

Learning Through Structured and Engaging Sessions

The Teens Boxing program is designed for all ages and abilities to learn how to box. Our program combines technique, fitness, and fun challenges into every class so your child will have fun while developing their boxing skills. Each class starts off with a warm-up and ends with an energetic finishing exercise, while providing lots of drills, pad and bag work, conditioning activities, etc., to keep them engaged throughout the whole duration of the class.

The different drills, pad work or bag work that we use in every class will ensure that no two classes will feel the same which keeps children excited to come back each week. The variety of activities also ensures that your child will stay mentally focused while staying physically active.

We believe every child has the potential to develop into a great boxer; therefore, the True Boxing program is suitable for all children no matter what previous experience they have had in the sport of boxing. Our coaches explain skills into small steps to make sure that every child learns how to box using their different learning styles. WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR

Classes consist of rope, plyometrics/calisthenics, shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, partner drilling, & of course sparring. You will find that this is one of the most challenging yet Western Boxing things that you will ever do. Boxing will teach you to rely on yourself, to value the input of others, and most importantly to respect both your own skills and those of others.
