How to Wrap Your Hands

Coach Nelson shows us how wrap your hands properly, using 180 inch wraps. Practice the art of wrapping, so you can protect your hands and be ready for class.

There are 27 bones in the human hand, and injuries can range from, thumb, wrist and the 4 metacarpal bones on the back of your hand. We wrap our hands to keep our thumbs from sticking out and getting caught, as well as, our wrist bones from being displaced too much during impact as well as your 4 metacarpal bones from being individual stressed too much.
